STUDIES ON TISSUE CULTURE OF WHEAT IMMATURE INFLORESCENCES AND THE DIFFERENTIATION OF CALLI
小麦幼穗的组织培养及愈伤组织的分化研究

The immature inflorescences of bread wheat cv. "Jinfeng-55" were cultured in vitro. The effects of medium auxin, cytokinin, sucrose, Ag~+, some vitamines and the sub-culture time on the callus growth, root and shoot differentiations were investigated. The way of regeneration from calli was also studied.
