Effects of Low Temperature on Change of Endogenous Hormone Contents in Lily Bulb

Contents of four endogenous hormones,namely Zeatin(ZT),Gibberellin(GA3),Indoleacetic Acid(IAA),Abscisic Acid(ABA),in Oriental Lily of Siberia and Tiber under constant low temperature and variable low temperature treatments were determined using High Performance Liquid Chromatography.Results show that Tiber relieves dormancy first under constant low temperature treatment,and it emerges 7 d earlier than Siberia;ABA content under variable low temperature treatment is less than under constant low temperature tr...
