Advances on the Studies of Invertase on Sucrose Metabolism in Higher Plant
转化酶在高等植物蔗糖代谢中的作用研究进展

Invertase plays an important role during the sucrose metabolism in higher plant. Researches indicated that invertase is involved in plant growth , organ formation, sugar transportation, phloem downloading as well as component and content of sugar in sink tissue. Great progresses had been made regarding the biochemic al characteristic, gene expression and regulation,structure and function of the invertase in recent years. In this article the varieties, distribution ,the characteristics of molecular structure, physiological function of invertase and the progresses on the study of the invertase in higher plant were introduced.
