APPLICATION OF FUZZY ANALYSIS IN SLOPE STABILITY EVALUATION

Abstract:
The fuzzy evaluation model and related matrix of boundary values are constructed for slope stability analysis, and the practical values of the relative factors are also obtained through the investigation of engineering geology and the tests of physical and mechanical properties of a practical slope. Thereupon, the stability of the slope is evaluated by the fuzzy method. The result shows that the uncertain characteristics of practical slope problems can be described more comprehensively by the method and the fuzzy analysis result is reasonable.
