Abstract:
Antibody phage display technology is a new library technology in the area of gene engineering antibodies in recent years.This technology makes the work to get specific antibody more efficiently by combing specific binding between antibody and antigen with rapid screening.The construction of the phage antibody librariesclassificationscreening approaches is discussed in the paper.The further research of this technology is also suggested.
