Seismic interpretation of occurrence of Permian magmatite and its emplacement in Tabei uplift, Tarim basin
|
Abstract:
A large area of magmatite emplaced in the Tabei Uplift. The research of the occurrence model of the magmatite is very important for the oil and gas exploration. Well and seismic data were used to research the emplace model. Basalt, rhyolite, dolerite, sienite, granite and stuff were developed in the Tabei Uplift. The structural deformation had a great impact on the igneous occurrence. In north, a thrust fault was developed and the basalt erupted through the vertical channel. In the Yingmai 2, a lot of fractures were formed by the structural stress, and then magma emplaced and formed dolerite. In Halahatang, there was very little structural deformation and magma erupted through the vertical channel. In middle part, because of tension stress, crust was decompressed and melted, and persiliceous rock was developed.
