With the development of global compititions and social networks, more and more coutries ,enterprises and information agencies are paying much attention to CI(Compititive Intelligence),which focuses on the compititive enviroments,compititive opponents and compititive strategies,as well as accompanying with the main goal of increasing the compititive forces of these countries,enterprises and information agencies.
