From libraries'role and function, this paper explores the impact of electronic journals on technical services of academic libraries. It firstly analyzes some changes on electronic journals promulgating and publishing. Followed the impacts on library holdings developing, information organizing, digital resource preservation of electronic journals are discussed.Finally, the future development direction of electronic journals services is concluded and instruction is given.
