A Review of Research on Organizational Socialization

Abstract:
Organizational socialization is the learning process by which an individual adjusts the attitudes, behavior he or she needs to participate as an organizational member. This literature, based on the concept of organizational socialization and its characteristics, reviews the state of organizational socialization research, including organizational socialization tactics, organizational socialization process, information seeking tactics and organizational socialization content. Finally, the authors point out some promising field that the research would be conducted.
