Study Synthesis Optimization of Time-Cost-Quality in Project Management

Shorter time,lower cost and higher quality of the project is the main aim in project management,while the quality of the project has seldom been referred in theory and application research.Here the quality of each activity is quantitated with the numeral from 0 to 1,which assumed that they were linearity relationship between time and quliaty of the activity.Then the quality of the project is figured out with a certain function of all activity quality.Based on these,the mathematics model of their synthesis optimization is built considering time,cost and quality.The results show that the method is more superior,and the results can be checked in application.
