A Multi-commodity Flow Supply Chain Network Equilibrium Model with Stochastic Choice

Abstract:
A three-level competitive supply chain network equilibrium model with multi-commodity is studied in consideration of the product differentiation of region and brand.Stochastic utility theory and multinomial logit model are used to analyze stochastic choice in demand market,while the influence of region and brand is treated as stochastic variable.Competitive behavior of manufactures and retailers is analyzed by using Nash equilibrium theory.The equilibrium models of each level and whole network are developed by variational inequality method,along with their equilibrium conditions and economic interpretations.Finally,an algorithm is put forward and applied to solving a numerical example.
