Data Analysis for Reliability Growth Monotone Failure Rate Model in Different Stress Environments
不同环境应力下可靠性增长单调模型的数据分析

In this paper, we analyze reliability growth data from different stress environments. We adopt the accelerated life equations as the stress model and obtain the confidence of the reliability. The parameters in the model are estimated by the MLE(maximum likelihood estimate).Then, the confidence density of the failure rate can be obtained. The effectiveness of above method is shown by simulation studies.
