Based on the successful experiences of the Advanced Quality System developed by the Boeing Company and the Six Sigma by the GE Company,a new Quality Management Model suitable for an Aviation Industry Company is established.This Model has improved the current Quality Management System.Besides,the practical use of this Quality Management Model to the quality improvement of Boeing 737-700 Vertical Fin Program has demonstrated that this system has improved the quality of the product and increased the profit of the Company.
