Human Capital and Economic Growth:A Model Analysis

Considering the heterogenesity of human capital,this paper aggregates different types of human capital according to its quality.Then reflecting the development,allocation and utilization of human resource,an economic growth model is established,with which we first prove the existence of the balanced growth path(BGP),and then we investigate the influence of corresponding factors have on economic growth in BGP.In the end,we prove that along the BGP,there exists an optimal ratio between investment in human capital and physical capital.
