Develop a Practical HIS of Middle Scale Hospital in Network Environment

In this paper, we first discuss how to develop a practical HIS of middle scale hospital in network environment. The aim of this HIS, as well as its structure and function, is pointed out, and a rationalization project of network building is put forward.Then, we introduce how to develop the HIS software and how to solve some problems concerned. Finally, an example is presented.
