The Research of Supply and Demand Cooperating Pattern in Agile Supply Chain

Determining the supply and demand cooperating pattern (SDCP) between business entities is the basis of building agile supply chain management system (ASCMS). According to the different characteristics of products and different cooperation level between business entities, order is classified as fixed type and forecast type, which is the foundation of SDCP. The concept and characteristics of four fundament SDCP,which are continuous replenishment, close cooperation, cooperation and ordinary, are presented for illustration.
