An Evaluation Method Based on Some Sample Units and Its Applying on FSA
一种基于样本的综合评价方法及其在FSA中的应用研究

In this paper, an evaluation method based on some sample units or given criteria is given, and some properties of it are discussed. At the same time, an algorithm by moving production frontier is provided. Furthermore, the conception of maximum acceptable risk surface is provided, and the method by using "F-N" curve is generalized. At last, some results are applied to partition risk regions or evaluate risk levels of units.
