Statistical Quality Control Oriented to Flexible Manufacturing System

High flexible, high automatic manufacturing system based on small batch production is the trend in future. The paper analyzes the traditional control chart shortcoming and proposes a new individual control chart that the control limits is changeable regardless of the number of observations. The control chart could not only be used in small batch production but also used in large batch production.
