Research on Coordinated Production-Distribution Operation in Manufacturing Supply Chain

The paper studies coordinated production distribution operation problem in manufacturing supply chain network comprised of single plant,multiple products and multiple distribution centers.A multi period mixed integer programming model is proposed according to the assumptions,whose aim to synchronously optimize production and distribution.Lagrangian relaxation heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model by equivalent transformation.Finally,a numeral example is given to validate effectiveness of the algorithm.The computational result shows that coordinated production distribution operation can remarkably reduce supply chain cost.
