A Business Process Model for Traditional Chinese Medicine Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Concurrent Engineering
基于并行工程的中药制造企业业务过程建模

The main business processes of a traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing enterprise have been analyzed as represented by a business process model(As-Is) in IDEF0 format.Applying Concurrent Engineering(CE) principles,an integrated and concurrent business process model(To-Be) has been developed which is used to provide guidance in improving this enterprise operations.Also as the first step towards enterprise information integration and business process reengineering, the proposed business process model provides a context for data modeling,data management and system integration.
