Bayes Method with Mixed Beta Distribution

In this paper, the influence upon reliability evaluation of pass-fail case, which the history sample and the sample are from multivariate population, is investigated. The reasonableness of the mixed priori distribution is analyzed. Using chi-square goodness of fit, a new method to determine the inheritance factor in the mixed priori distribution is presented.
