Quality Assessment Model for Complex Environment System Based on Refinements to Principal Component Analysis
基于改进主成分分析方法的复杂环境系统质量评价模型

Against the limitations of Principal Component Analysis(one of main Multivariate Statistical Analysis methods)in quality assessment for complex environment system,this paper builds the multi-layer weighted PCA model by making some refinements to traditional method based on synthesizing the merits of subjective and objective weighting methods.The paper also gives the assessment example of 47 main cities in China,which indicates this model could be an effective and practical way to comprehensive quantitative assessment for complex environment systems with high stability.
