A Cost Model of Air Defence Missile Weapon Based on the Equalation-Engineering-Value-Rate

Abstract:
In this paper, the concept of equalation-engineering-value-rate has been advanced for different countries and cost model for internal type which is based on foreign countries (the United States of America) has been established. It overcomed shortcoming for internal data and studied on cost model of Air Defence Missile Weapon tending to practice.
