INTERVAL ESTIMATES OF SIMPLE STEP-STRESS ACCELERATED LIFE TESTING FOR THE POWER-WEIBULL MODEL

In this paper, if a simple step-stress accelerated life testing is performed on theWeibull population of units and the accelerated equation is the inverse power law, this modelis called the power-Weibull model. We give the point and illterval estimates of the parameters of the power-Weibull model and of the accelerated coefficientlFurthermore,we discuss the existence and uniqueness of the estimates of these parameters.
