Synthetic Methods for Corporate Financial Analysis System of Distinct Representative and Artificial Neural Network

To overcome the weakness of existing methods for corporate financial analysis, this paper proposed two novel ways. One is based on the theory of "SDR", and the other is based on NN. A set of empirical data is used to prove the effectiveness of these methods.
