Stochastic Model Study of Product Mix Decision Based on Activity-Based Costing

Based on Activity\|Based Costing, a stochastic model of product mix decision is built. The model includes the stochastic factors of production system and market demand. And, the stochastic model is changed to the equal certain model by using certain equivalent problems and two\|phase model method. This method avoids the long time needed by stochastic simulation, which is the major time expense of stochastic solution.
