本文探索了自蔓延高温法合成并经抗水化处理的ＡｌＮ粉为原料。添加ＹＬｉＬ２－ＣａＦ２／ＹＬｉＯ２－ＣａＣＯ３的ＡｌＮ陶瓷的低温烧结。
