Thermophysical Properties of Ca2YO(BO3)3 Crystal
Ca2YO(BO3)3晶体的热物理性质研究

The specific heat, thermal expansion, thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity and phonon mean free path of Ca2YO(BO3)a crystal were measured. The anisotropic behavior of the thermal expansion, thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity and phonon free path of CaYO(BO3)3 crystal was discussed. The experimental results indicate that CaYO(BO3)3 crystal has good mechanical and thermal properties in application of high energy laser beam because the specific heat and the thermal conductivity of this crystal are large.
