Abstract:

提出运用RISA法从细菌群落角度对垃圾填埋场地下水生态系统的空间异质性进行定量分析。RISA图谱的相似度聚类分析表明 :与随时间产生的变化相比 ,细菌群落在空间上的差异更大 ;同批取样不同位置和深度的地下水RISA图谱存在明显差异 ,整体上在 6 0 %～ 70 %相似度聚类。
