Study on the Optimization of Solid Fermentation for Ligninase Production from Coriolus versicolor
|
Abstract:
In this experiment, solid fermentation of Coriolus versicolor with uniform design U 15 (58) had been performed at two different temperature degrees. The activities of laccase, guaiacolase, and polyphenol oxidase were regardedgarodedas dependant in Multivariate Regression Analysis by SPSS, and then the mathematical model of overall ligninase activity was constructed by adding activity equations of laccase, guaiacolase, polyphenol oxidase together with weights which were the quotients of corresponding total correlation coefficients and average enzyme activity values. Furthermore, the solutions to the maximal ligninase model were figured out by constraint mathematical programming. It is revealed that in ligninase production by solid fermentation with at temperature degrees from Coriolus versicolor, 20dis lis proper fermentation time for ligninase production under the condition of natural aeration, natural substrate pH(about 6.5) and an environmental humidity of 60%. Furthermore, corm syrup, wheat bran, (NH 4) 2SO 4 and water are proper substrate ingredients and a little Tween-80 is helpful for ligninase production.
