THE STUDY OF HBV-DNA LEVELS IN SERUM OF HEPATITIS B PATIENTS BY QUANTITATIVE PCR
乙型肝炎患者HBV复制水平的定量PCR研究

The quantitative polymerase chain reaction(QPCR) was used to determineserum HBV-DNA levels in hepatitis B patients.The results showed HBV-DNA levels issignificantly higher in HBeAg positive patients than HBeAg negative patients(P<0.01);andno relativity was found between serum HBV-DNA Ievels and ALT contents in patienst withhepatitis B.
