STUDIES ON IDENTIFICATION TO PLANT GROWTH PROMOTING RHIZOBACTERIA OF CUCUMBER USING BIOLOG ANALYSIS
|
Abstract:
BIOLOG analysis was used for the identification of 8 bacterial strains, which were isolated from cucumber rhizosphere and proved to have significant growth-promotion and disease-control effects on cucumber seedlings. The result showed that strain CN11 was identified as Psendomonas aeruginosa, CN31 as P. corrugata, CN45 as Bacillus brevis, CN116 as P. fluorescens type B, CN129 as P. aeruginosa, XB120 as P. fluoresens type C, XBS as Bacillus brevis, and XB41 as B. amyloliquefaciens. It agreed that most of screened PGPR belonged to Pseudomonas spp. and Bacillus spp.
