THE COMPARATION OF THE STABILITY OF MOLECULAR MODIFIED AND UNMODIFIED SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASES

The activity and the stability of molecular modified superoxide dismutase in differenttemperature were determined, and compared with unmodified superoxide dismutase. The resultsindicate: molecular modified superoxide dismutase`s storage period t0.95 is 3.5 years, t0.9 is 7.2yearsat 25 , unmodified superoxide dismutase's storpe period t0.95 is 103 days, t0.9 is 213 days at 25 .
