STUDY ON THE PHENOTYPIC CHARACTERS AND PATHOGENIC FACTORS OF AEROMONAS
|
Abstract:
The phenotypic charaters and the pathogenic facrors of 260 aeromonas isolatod from 6 different Kinds of specimens such as clinic and enviromental materials were stulied. The result showed that A. sobria was most common. accounts for 52.6%, folowed by A.aydropohila and A. caviaae which account for 23.46% and 23.08% respechvely. A sthen of A.veronii and a. sttain of A. trota were isolated from freshwater fish. 163 sthans were randotnly sampled and then their pathogenic factors were studied with hemolysin test CHO cell virulence-detecting test, rabbit enteroligation as well as CT gene probe hybridization. The study result suggested that A sobria, A. aydrophila and A. caviae could produce hemolysin and enterotoxin. The enterotoxin from some strains contains certain factors (CTCE) which coud cross-react with cholera enterotoxin.
