Abstract:
By suspending supply of carbon source during high cell density culhvahon and washed-cell culhvahon under various environment the observahons on intracellular glycogen and glycogen phosphorylase activity of Hydrogenovibrio marinus, a marine obligately chemolithotroph hydrogen-oxizing bacteria showed us its physiological function as energy resource.
