Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Strictosamide from Lignum Naucleae by Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract:
This study was aimed to optimize the extraction technology of strictosamide from Lignum Naucleae. The extracting technology of strictosamide was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the concentration and amount of alcohol, extracting time and frequency as factors. The results showed that the optimal extraction technology was to add 22 times of alcohol to the herbal medicine at the concentration of 70%. And the extraction was continued for 4 hours and repeated for three times. It was concluded that this extraction technology is stable, reasonable and feasible. This method can provide a theoretical basis for the industrial extraction of strictosamide from Lignum Naucleae.
