Current Status and Prospect of Granulation Technology of Granules of Chinese Medicine
中药颗粒剂制粒工艺现状和展望

This study was aimed to introduce current status and prospect of granulation technology of granules of Chinese medicine. Related literatures had been searched, retrieved, analyzed and summarized. In this paper, the current status of granulation technology of granules of Chinese medicine was mainly reviewed from the wet granulation and dry granulation. The results showed that rotating extruding granulation with high shear granulation and roll compaction granulation are beneficial for the preparation of granules of Chinese medicine. It was concluded that the rotating extruding granulation with high shear granulation and roll compaction granulation have a promising future.
