STUDIES IN AUTOMATED IMAGE QUANITATIVE ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURE DEFORMATION FOR MOVEMENT OF RED CELLS IN BLOOD CAPILLARY

Abstract:
An automated image analysis MCELL software and method of moveing object developed was used in quantitative analysis of deformation parament of red cells movement in blood caillary. The main feature function of image processing consist of setting a grey window area for digital image compression, extration of object in motion, calculation of motion vector, follow-up motion object and decision form resemblance.In the meantime, some calculation formulas of motion image processing and satisfactory sting adult are given. heldes, displaying binary cage of slipper form is extlactal and recolded when red Cells were in fast motions in blood capillary.A conclusion can be made that red cells are of variability of physiological funchon. Obviously,this research is of boortance tO study the mechanism ofcardio-/encephslo-vaacular dense, predict early stage of pathological changes and assess the curahve effeCt of some medicines.
