STUDIES ON KINETICS OF IRON RELEASE FROM THE LIVER FERRITINS OF Dasyatics akajei AND Aplysia UNDER THE SYSTEM OF MIXED PROTEINS
|
Abstract:
The mixed system of proteins of the liver ferritin of Dasyatis akajei (or Aplysia) and the other proteins was prepared by the technique of centrifugal method and temperature treatment. Under the system, kinetic processes and laws of iron release from the liver ferritins of Dasyatis akajei (DALF) and Aplysia (ALF) were studied by the technology of electronic spectra and the different electronic donor. The experimental results showed that biphasic behavior of iron release from the ferritin were observed while Na2S2O4 was used as a reducer. Moreover, another kinetics of first-order for iron release from the DALF was observed during vitamin C was as a reducer, it indicated that this process of iron release was simplified. Another system consisted of the mixed proteins and the ALF was used to study the kinetics of iron release while the vitamin C and Na2S2O4 were selected as electron donor, respectively. The kinetics showed that the ferritin released the iron as a form of first-order law, it indicated that some unknown proteins in the Aplysia liver participated in the reaction of iron release and resulted in the complex process of iron release to transferred into simplification.
