THE MODEL OF SUBSTRATE INIERACTION WTTH TRICHOSANTHIN BY COMPUTER GRAPHIC SIMULATION

A model of substlate interaction with Trichosanthin, a RIP,, was established. Atetlaribenuclootide GAGA was chosen as the subehate analogue. Using this model, a possiblemechanism of N-glycosidase achvity of Race as well as the subetrate specificity wasinterpretal in agreement with some bincheemical resuults. The alteration in activity of somemutants could also be well explained.
