Solubilization of Coal by Polyporous versicolor and Cadida ML13

Abstract:
The coals solubilized easily by Polyporous versicolor and Cadida ML13 were screened by mean of solid culture. Solubilization of above fungi on nitric-acid oxidized Zalainuoer and Pingzhung lignites was determined at solid and liquid culture condition and they can generally come to 60-80%. The biosolubilized products were analyzed by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and NMR spectra. Results showed that some changes in constructure and composition of biosolubilized products were occurred by bisolubilization process.
