THE STUDY ON MICRORHEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MOUSE RETICULOCYTES
|
Abstract:
According to Bishop's method,a lot of reticulocytes were induced in mouse blood and were separated. Microrheological characteristics, such as electrophoretic mobility, osmotic fragility, membrane fluidity, deformation index and orientation index were studied. It was found that electrophoretic mobility decreased and that osmotic fragility, membrane fluidity, deformation index and orientation index increased in short process of reticulocytes changing into erythrocytes. The finding had some basic theoretical and clinical significance.
