some aspects on lichen sclerosus et atrophicus (lsa) were updated and the results of the clinicoepidemiological study conducted among 12 patients with extragenital lichen sclerosus et atrophicus were presented. al l the reviewed cases corresponded to white individuals and the highest incidence was observed in women over 40. the most frequent localization of the injuries was the thorax.
