Tratamiento de la enfermedad cerebrovascular en su fase aguda

a bibliographic review was made on the behavior to be followed with ischaemic stroke, starting from the patients？ admission at the emergency services. the general and specific treatments were taken into account. data taken from the different studies carried out on this topic were provided. the latest advances in relation to the thrombolytic therapy were included and clinical scales allowing to have a guiding assessment of the affected patient were shown. it was concluded that the treatment with antiaggregant drugs and the thrombolytic therapy are efficient to treat such entity.
