%0 Journal Article %T Validaci¨®n Preliminar de la Escala Infantil de S¨ªntomas del Trastorno de Estr¨¦s Postraum¨¢tico (Child PTSD Symptom Scale, CPSS) en Ni£¿os/as y Adolescentes V¨ªctimas de Violencia Sexual %A Bustos %A Patricia %A Rinc¨®n %A Paulina %A Aedo %A Jaime %J Psykhe (Santiago) %D 2009 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %R 10.4067/S0718-22282009000200008 %X the preliminary validation in chile of the infantile scale of symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder (cpss) is presented. this instrument was developed by johnson, feeny, and treadwell (2001) to evaluate ptsd in children and adolescents exposed to traumatic events, in accordance with dsm-iv criteria. the sample consisted of 75 chilean children and adolescents of the bio bio region of chile who suffered sexual abuse or rape. the results indicate high internal consistency, measured with cronbach's alpha, of 0.916. the convergent validity with the criterion of expert judgment is also adequate, with significant punctuations in the scale and all the subscales. %K validation %K post traumatic stress disorder %K childhood sexual violence. %U http://www.scielo.cl/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0718-22282009000200008&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
