%X analysis and systematization of the of brazilian researchers scientific production in communication science. this analysis was developed from the curriculum lattes coordenated by the conselho nacional de desenvolvimento cient¨ªfico e tecnol¨®gico (cnpq), in order to organize and identify which types of documents were used the most to disseminate the results research in the period 2000-2009 (books, chapter books or scientific papers). the results were analyzed according to the profile of action from different graduate programs and on the profile of researchers, making it clear that there is no substantial difference in the use of those vehicles, scientific papers and books, to publish their results.
