%X a variety of texts about latin american republics are published in the illustrated mundial magazine, directed by rub¨¦n dar¨ªo. during the commemoration of the 9th of july 1911, in the spirit of the centenary, the poet publishes the chronicle "rep¨²blica argentina" with seventeen photographies. in this piece of work the relationship between text and photos concerning the ruling class of argentina of those years will be analized.
