%0 Journal Article %T Diferentes n¨ªveis de ¨¢cido f¨®lico e nicot¨ªnico em dietas para frangos de corte %A Santin %A Elizabeth %A Ahrens %A Norberto Luiz %A Zanella %A Irineo %A Costa %A Paulo Tabajara Chaves %A Maiorka %A Alex %A Magon %A Leandro %J Ci¨ºncia Rural %D 2000 %I Universidade Federal de Santa Maria %R 10.1590/S0103-84782000000400021 %X the objective of lhe experiment was to evaluate the performance of broiler chickens in different leveis of acid folie an£¿ nicotinic. a total number of 400 one-day-old male chicks, of hubbard une were used in a design completely randomized factorial 2x2, with two vitamins (folie and nicotinic acid) and two leveis (high and tow), being each experimental unit composed 0/20 birds. the vitamins leveis used are average leveis used by the most important raising poultry industry in the southem of brazil. the vitamins used were defined in two leveis, low (80% of m¨¦dium levei) and high (120% of m¨¦dium levei). the fed diets were formulated to be isonutritives, changing onty the studied vitamins. at the end ofthe period, the fo¨¹awing parameters were evaluated: feed intake, body weight gain, feed conversion, productive efficiency ¨ªndex, liver weight, abdominal fat weight. and carcass yield. no statistical diferences were found in the parameters observed. the results found at the end of the experiment suggested that low leveis could be used, without performance damages. %K broiler %K performance %K folie acid %K nicotinic acid %K vitamins. %U http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0103-84782000000400021&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
