%X the competitive advantage of the organizations more passes each time for the development of new organizational struc-tures, by the establishment of nets of cooperation with all the intervening entities in the chain of supply and new methodolo-gies of management and planning, supported strong for communication and information technologies. this essay aims to present the concept of virtual organization. the essay is complemented by a study of the bibliography that explain of the sprouting of the virtual organizations and argues its implications for the administration.
