%X the central problem of this essay is the specific conception and meaning of the insurgency for the indigenous farmers in the conflicting andean delayed colonial world. it identifies a central nucleus of anticolonial political options before 1782, which outline an andean utopia: the one of the end of the spanish colonial government and the alternative of the indian self-government.
